熊猫智能公交车由上海申龙客车有限公司与深兰科技(上海)有限公司联合打造,以纯电驱动,搭载具有自主知识产权的智能驾驶系统,可实现L3级无人驾驶功能。

氢燃料电池客车

2006年,申龙汽车进军氢燃料电池领域,当年推出首款样车。

 

2012年,新能源客车三大类(混合动力、纯动力、氢燃料电池)生产资质获批。

轴向磁通电机+轮边驱动

驱动电机

基于轴向磁通技术的高功重比盘式电机的电驱动系统,同样功率扭矩输出情况下,电驱动系统重量和体积只有传统径向磁通电机的一半,极大方便底盘的布置和降低整车重量,电能消耗同比降低10%左右。同时,基于盘式电机的轮边驱动系统,大幅降低行驶系统的簧下质量,改善车辆行驶的舒适性和安全性,极大改善客车车内通道的平整度,使得8-12米城市客车全部实现低地板化。

    整车控制器达到国内较高水平要求,其硬件基于双核32位汽车级处理器开发,软件架构参照AUTOSAR规范要求设计开发

  • 平台式方式开发

    考虑后续整车车型多能量管理的需要,整车控制器采用平台化的方式进行开发(硬件、底层软件开发、策略软件开发、实验与测试、标定与故障诊断复用率高)

  • 整车控制器控制策略

    基于Matlab/Simlink/Stateflo w的环境开发,并遵从MAAB V3.0规范进行相应控制模型开发,实现整车的能量管理优化、故障诊断与处理功能

  • 标准化开发

    控制器硬件开发参照ISO26262管理流程进行,产品硬件功能可靠性符合 ISO26262国标标准中 ASILC等级(每小时失效率<10-7),关键器件选型满足AEC-Q101或AEC- Q200标准
